What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited, unwanted, and unwelcome digital communications sent in bulk over the Internet via email or any electronic message system. Pennsylvanialookup.org doesn’t allow any form of spamming.
Programmed Spam Filtering
Our email filtering system scans all incoming messages for spam, then it filters out any messages that look as if it is spam.
Spam Filtering Problems
Because no message filter system is 100% accurate, from time to time, authentic messages may be blocked by our systems. If you think that messages you’ve sent us have been filtered out before, please find alternative ways to alert us.
If you want to minimize the chance of your messages being filtered from our message system, you may do any or all of these things:
- Scan your messages for malware before sending
- Send your message in plain text
- Remove any attachments
- Avoid phishing phrases

Changes to this Anti-Spam Policy
We may change our anti-spam policy from time to time and we will post the new version here.
